My Top 5 Make-Up Palettes

Hello Lovelies,

I thought I would talk about my favourite Make-Up palettes some are fairly new that I got bought me for Christmas and others I have had for such a long time….

I am going to start by showing you the palettes that I have been getting the most use out of since I got them In December. I feel so lucky to have these Palettes in my collection as they are both high end Palettes and are quite expensive. Thank heavens for Birthdays and Christmas hey.

This palette I had been wanting to try for awhile the Too Faced Chocolate Bar, it was a toss up between this palette and the first Urban Decay Naked palette in the end I asked for this palette. I think they are similar price but it seems like you can do more looks with this palette then Urban Decay Naked Palette In the Urban Decay Naked Palette all the colours are pretty much neutrals and even though there are a lot of neutral colours in the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette you get a lot of pink and purple colours too which are Ideal for smokey eyes so this was a big plus for me and the fact that you get 2 Highlighters You get one matte highlighter and one shimmer highlighter. The shimmer highlighter is great for the cheekbones. As it was my first high end palette I thought I would choose this palette over the Urban Decay Naked Palette. I’m so glad I did now as well as not only are the colours gorgeous in this palette it smells Delicious. It smells of Chocolate. Yum.

The eye shadows are Super Pigmented and Creamy. Don’t get me wrong I would love to get the Urban Decay Naked Palette. I have heard great things about all of the Urban Decay Naked Palettes. I must be one of the only bloggers that don’t have any of the Urban Decay Naked Palettes. I love all the names on the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette also I think that is half the fun choosing the names for them it shows Creativity. It’s nice that they also put some Make-Up looks together using the colours for the different eye shapes. I thought that was really good for people new to Make-Up. I love the lovely nice gold colours in this palette.

I am showing this palette first but it’s not the most used palette that I have been using of late, I have been using Urban Decay Smoked Palette a lot lately that has been my go to palette mainly for the lighter smoked colours like Mushroom and BarlustThe other colours in this palette are mainly colours for a nice smokey eye for the evening.

Here is the palette my first Urban Decay Palette Yay.

This is the palette that I have been using daily for a few months now not the colourful colours but Mushroom and Barlust. Mushroom has to be my favourite colour out of the whole Smoked Palette. I like that you get a sample size of the Original Primer Potion. I don’t think I would actually buy Urban Decay Primer Potion I don’t actually think it’s that good and I have tried the eye shadows without the primer and it lasts as long so you don’t actually need it. I have wanted to try these Urban Decay 24/7 Gel Eyeliners for awhile now. I wanted to see how it compares with Avon Super Shock Gel Eyeliner. I will be doing a comparison review on these two eye liners but I thought the Urban Decay 24/7 Eye Liner would be more impressive but it was the other way around. Keep an eye out for the comparison review in a later post…. I am so pleased I have both these palettes the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette and Urban Decay Smoked Palette. I know a lot of bloggers only buy high end palettes but I have more drug store palettes then high end so i feel very lucky to have them.

This Sleek Palette is my first Sleek Palette I had heard really good things about the Sleek Palettes so thought I would try them for myself. I like this palette because it has a lot of Pinks most of my palettes are mainly nude palettes with a lot of bronze/gold colours. I wanted to try something different. I believe this is the I -divine Palette. I think I have only used it once since it was bought before Christmas so I can’t give a review on it yet but this Palette is really good for Travelling it’s very compact.

These next palettes are quite old and very reasonably priced and are dupes for the Urban Decay Naked Palettes they are the MUA Palettes. I have got quite a few of the MUA Make-Up Palettes I really like them.

Here are my Favourite MUA Make – Up Palettes…..

This MUA Palette definitely has to be my Favourite I’ve definitely had the most use out of this Palette but it’s probably the last MUA Palette I bought. The colours in this palette are just Amazing. If your on a budget and like the look of Urban Decay Naked Palettes but can’t or don’t want to pay the hefty price tag these are great dupes.

This MUA Make-Up Palette doesn’t get as much use as the other palette that I have but I do love these colours as well.

Again these MUA Palettes are wonderful for the price.

Sorry if this post is a little bit long I just wanted to give you my thoughts on the palettes.

Have you got any of these Palettes?

What are your favourite Palettes?

Andrea
